I recently got an email from a gentleman asking that I correct the address on the listing for his dad’s medical clinic in my antiaging doctor directory, which I did right away. I noticed that the website he referenced pertained to something called thermography.

Thus I decided to make it the topic of this weeks newsletter. It’s a very important one because it concerns the detection of breast cancer, something that’s vitally important to every woman out there.

Infrared thermography or thermography for short is an imaging technique that can detect developing breast cancer years before it actually forms a tumor in the breast. The technique uses thermal imaging to detect a concentration of blood vessels that are forming to supply nutrients to a tumor mass.

When cancerous tumors form, they need a very dense collection of blood vessels supplying them with nutrients, because tumor cells are so terribly inefficient at creating energy.

These tumor cells can’t survive on the normal blood supply that healthy tissue utilizes, so they develop whats called a “vascular network” which shows up on the thermography scan as a hot spot.

This process can be underway years before a tumor actually forms, and can give the woman a warning that something is wrong and needs to be medically addressed. This is different from a mammogram which uses x-rays to detect a solid tumor mass.

Mammograms cannot detect cancer until a tumor has already formed, giving a woman far less time to intervene medically to deal with the developing cancer. It would be irresponsible of me to suggest that thermography replaces mammograms, because they do different things. However thermography is a very valuable tool for advanced detection of breast cancer.

The two advantages of thermography are that it uses no radiation, therefore it is very safe and will not increase the risk of cancer the way mammograms can. The other advantage is that it picks up developing cancer years before it becomes a problem.

I believe that thermography needs to be available to every woman, as a tool to detect developing cancer and allow her time to prevent the development of a tumor and the spread of the cancer from the breast to other parts of the body.

Here is a resource that will explain what thermography is and where to find a center near you where you can get tested:

http://www.breastthermography.com/find-a-center.htm

I think that thermography will become more common and accepted as time goes on, and
I urge you to learn more about this amazing diagnostic tool, which will help you keep yourself cancer free.

On a lighter note, this weeks musical clip features a very unique performer named “Happy Rhodes.” This beautiful woman has a 4 octave vocal range and a very warm and expressive voice. She’s doing a cover of Peter Gabriel’s “Mercy Street.”

Enjoy…

I opened my Facebook page this morning only to be greeted by something that made me very sad and incredibly angry at the same time. It was the page of an organization that documents animal cruelty in Asia.

In Asia dog and cats are killed and eaten as we do with livestock and poultry in this country, but the brutally inhumane methods of caging and killing these innocent animals are stomach churning to say the least.

This is extremely difficult for me as I have two shelter cats that I love dearly. Just imagine someone trying to harm your children in this way, and you have some idea how horrible this is, and why I feel so strongly about it.

If you see or get petitions to oppose this terrible cruelty, please sign them to add your voice to those trying to protect these animals from being killed in these horrible ways. They can’t speak up for themselves, only we can, AND WE MUST! . Thank you for listening, and for caring…

#~#~#

I got an email message from one of my readers who is recovering from lung cancer. She told me about the personal nutritional regimen she was on and asked me if I had any additional information that could help her.

Let me start out by saying that nothing I write here should be used in place of  medical care you receive from your doctor. I am not promoting cures or advising you not to seek proper medical help for your health problems.

With that said, let me share a few things with you in regard to cancer.

***

First, tumors (because of their dysfunctional energy metabolism) have a voracious appetite for sugar. If you have cancer of any kind you MUST try and eliminate as much refined sugar from your diet as possible.

If you have cancer, eating sugar is like throwing gasoline on a fire. Don’t do it! It will only make the cancer progress faster, and prevent your recovery.

***
The second issue involves a gene called MTHFR, which drives inflammation by improperly “methylating” certain substances in your body.  This gene (and it’s effects) can be modified by using a nutritional supplement called a “methyl donor.”

You can read abut this gene on my webpage here:

http://www.longevity-and-antiaging-secrets.com/MTHFR-mutation.html

I have also included a link to a methyl donor product that I have used for this purpose.

***

Another thing I would caution you on is the use of the drug acetaminophen (brand name Tylenol) This drug depletes something called “glutathione” from your system. Since glutathione is the primary cellular antioixidant that protects cells from cancer, you do not
want to take any substance that depletes it.

So avoid Tylenol even if you are healthy!

***

It goes without saying that nutritional support is absolutely ESSENTIAL in recovering from cancer. With that, I would strongly recommend you check out this book. It’s called: “Beating Cancer With Nutrition.”

http://www.age-better.info/Beating-Cancer-With-Nutrition

It’s written by Dr. Patrick Quillin, PhD,RD,CNS.  Dr. Quillen was the chief of nutritional support for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, a group of hospitals that focus on integrative cancer treatment, which combines both conventional and alternative treatment protocols for cancer.

You don’t get any more authoritative than this guy, and his book received 4.5 stars over 174 customer reviews. The book is also available as a Kindle download so you can get it anywhere in the world! If you or a loved one is dealing with cancer of any kind, then you need to read this book. It covers all the aspects of diet and nutrition you need to support recovery from cancer!

***

The last thing I would add to this is “grounding!” Because it is so simple, effective, and will not interfere with any other kind of treatment, it’s something that everyone (not just cancer patients) should be doing.

Here is my page on grounding:

http://www.longevity-and-antiaging-secrets.com/body-grounding.html

I’ve given you a lot of information to process, but use this as a basis to do further research on your own. There is no substitute for a person with cancer or any other disease taking responsibility for their own health and recovery.

Don’t be a passive recipient of medical treatment. Be actively engaged in healing yourself!

#~#~#

Do you have a disease, or other medical condition you or someone close to you is suffering from that you would like me to research and write about? Then please let me know. I can’t give medical advice because I am not a doctor.

But I CAN research things and look for the most cutting edge information and research on that topic and present it to you and everyone who reads this newsletter. On a lighter note, Mary Fahl is one of the best voices in pop music today (some say THE best)! Here is a clip of her singing a song called “Ariel.”

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCMrGLkwjAw

For those of you who have never heard of her, she was the lead singer for a group called “October Project.” They recorded two excellent CD’s before she left the group and went solo. I’ve often said that if I were marooned on a desert island and could only have one CD with me, “October Project” would be the one!

Right now we seem to be experiencing a mid winter thaw here Is Boston. I
know it won't last, but I'll take it anyway. It feels good not to have the
normal winter chill in the air, and It's better sleeping weather as well.

Speaking of sleep, one thing that can keep you awake as you get older is
prostate issues.

The prostate tends to get larger as we get older. When that happens it
interrupts normal bladder function and that can have a negative effect on
the quality of sleep you get.

What's interesting is that the same thing that helps the prostate also helps
fight baldness. It's called “saw palmetto extract.” It's not expensive at all,
but you need to get the genuine article when buying saw palmetto.

Here is a page I wrote some time ago on this amazing substance:

http://www.longevity-and-antiaging-secrets.com/saw-palmetto-benefits.html

What it does is to prevent testosterone in your body from converting to DHT
which can aggravate the prostate and also cause male pattern baldness. This
supplement comes in small dark brown oval shaped gel caps.

It's always in 160 mg per gel cap strength (that's how you know you have
the real thing). You need 1-3 gel caps taken a couple of times per day with
meals. You will need to experiment with the dose to find what works best
for you.

What you should notice is the appearance of your hair improves and seems
thicker and more dense. As for prostate issues, it would be not having to
get up at night to go to the bathroom. That would tell you that it's
working.

Please understand that I don't promote this as a cure or remedy for these
issues. If you are on medication, I am NOT telling you to take saw palmetto
instead...

BUT...I can tell you that Proscar which is the prescription medicine for
prostate enlargement works by inhibiting DHT, and that saw palmetto will do
the same thing minus the side effects of the drug.

If you know anyone who is having prostate or hair loss issues, please tell
them about this. As always, I am available via email for questions about this
stuff, and yes...I do use it myself!

I just wanted to say a word about purpose and motivation. It's easy to get
so wrapped up in day to day survival, that we are “living for the
weekend,” so to speak. I like to kick back and relax too, but sometimes
find myself getting “too comfortable.”

Happiness comes when we move forward toward our goals and can tell that we
are making progress. Whether it's learning a new skill, solving a
longstanding problem, or having a totally new experience that gets you
really excited about life again.

Don't fall into the trap of just coasting through life. Find something that
gets you motivated to do more, to be more, and you will be on the path to
being fulfilled. It occurred to me that as human beings we are moved into
action by inspiration.

If we thought everything through to the last excruciating detail we would
likely never have the passion to move ahead, but we are set into motion by
ideas, by inspiration, and by the thoughts of what we could achieve if only
we commit to our goal.

I haven't forgotten that this is an “anti-aging” newsletter, but think
about it, in order to hold the aging process at bay, we have to think
young, and strive to “stay in the game.”
Here is a quote :

“We all have inner demons to fight, we call these demons, fear and hatred
and anger. If you do not conquer them then a life of one hundred years is a
tragedy. If you do, then a life of a single day can be a triumph.”

Yip Mann – Bruce Lee's teacher

#~#~#

If you wonder why I review older movies, it's because the newer ones seem
to be lacking in substance. Seems like Hollywood is just pumping them out
to make money, and so many films are lacking in that quality that makes you
feel compelled to watch them.

Now that doesn't mean they can't be light entertainment IF it's done well!
With that, comes my latest recommendation for a more recent film in the
action adventure (superhero) genre. Yep...I'm talking about “The
Avengers.”

Josh Whedon has really pulled it off, combining Marvel's characters into
one huge feature film. If you love sci-fi and action, this is your film. It
is not darkly violent and disturbing like the Batman films.

If you love the superhero genre it will absolutely satisfy you. Great
performances from an ensemble cast, as Josh Whedon manages to develop each
character and mesh them into a team for this film.

I especially loved how Scarlett Johansen as Black Widow tricked Loki into
giving her the information she was after. Just when Loki thinks he that
because she is a woman, he has broken her down and intimidated her, she
completely fakes him out. That was brilliant!

If you grew up reading Marvel comics like I did, or just love action
adventure and sci-fi stuff, then rent “The Avengers,” you will
thoroughly enjoy it!

Age Better Newsletter – Issue #13- January 10th, 2013
Published by George Parigian Jr. for Opted-in Subscribers
——————————————————————————–

Hi George,

Wouldn’t you know it, with issue #13 of the newsletter, it’s having an
“identity crisis.” But…..in a way that’s a GOOD thing! With 2013 upon us,
I wanted to revisit just what “Age Better” is all about.

It’s always hard for me to stay squarely on topic, because I have lots of
interests. This newsletter spans a number of topics, but I’m always
looking to tie them all into an overarching theme of …..”living better!”

I’ll admit that many of my ideas are well off the beaten track so to speak.
They are the result of the patterns I’ve observed and my effort to make
logical sense out of them.

I try and reduce everything to it’s simplest form when sharing them
with others. I believe that over time, they will prove to be correct, and you
will have had the benefit of knowing about these things well ahead of
everyone else!

So just to reiterate, “Age Better” will cover:

1) Anti-aging and Wellness

2) Personal Development and Motivation

3) Internet Marketing (making money online)

In order to be healthy and well, you need to be able to afford to eat
properly and use whatever nutritional supplements are needed. You also
need the motivation to do things like exercise and upgrade your nutrition.

Finally, whether you want to create a new lifestyle, including an easier way
to make a living, or just supplement the income from your regular job, you
can do that on the Internet, IF you know how to go about it.

I try to separate nonsense from real value, and share the best of what I
have learned, discovered, and experienced with you. I am always open to
suggestions you send me via email, so please….don’t hesitate to do so.

I will always listen and be as responsive as I can. If there are additional
topics you want me to cover let me know.

#~#~#

Ok, last issue I mentioned winter cold and the stress it brings. The
reasons for this is this simple equation I shared with you last time:

heat loss=energy loss=lowered immunity from colds and flu!

When you lose body heat, you are literally “leaking” energy which you
need to power the critical systems of your body. This weakens your
immune system and sets you up for illness such as colds and flu.

Here is what I do, and what has kept me healthy thus far this winter. I
believe it will work just as well for you.

1) First dress very warmly both indoors and out.

2) Eat extra calories in the winter (protein, good fats, and carbs, but avoid
junk food)

3) Use herbal adaptogens like Rhodiola to manage stress.

http://www.longevity-and-antiaging-secrets.com/adaptogens.html

Adaptogens work by balancing your system. Exactly how they do this is
beyond my expertise to explain, but in my experience, they do it quite
effectively.

I reccomend one called “Rhodiola” or “Arctic Root.” It is used a lot in
Eastern Europe and was one of the reasons the old Soviet Union
dominated sports in the Olympics.

It will help fortify you against stress including thermal stress (winter cold).

Rhodiola also helps curb depression, and by this I don’t mean serious
clinical depression, but the kind of blues many of us tend to get in the
winter months when it’s cold and we get far less sunlight.

http://www.age-better.info/Rhodiola

200-400 milligrams per day in divided doses should be all you need. If you
are on any medications ALWAYS check with your doctor before using any
herbal supplement, to avoid problems.

I have a book review for you, and I hesitated a bit with this one because
the guy who wrote it is a pretty intense character. In fact, I actually disliked
this guy before I read his book. His name is Bill Romanowski, and the book
is called:

”Romo… My Life on The Edge, Living Dreams and Slaying Dragons!”

“Romo” is the true story of an NFL football legend, what he went through
playing one of the roughest sports in the world and how he used nutrition,
exercise, and other performance enhancing strategies to improve his play
and lengthen his career.

He used some dangerous substances during his playing days, and please
understand I don’t condone those things, but I liked the fact that he was
honest about what he took and why, both good and bad.

I always assumed that Romanowski was a genetic freak that just naturally
excelled.  Boy…was I wrong. Turns out he was a very hard working guy,
who made himself into a great player mostly through sheer determination.

He was not big into anabolic steroids as you might think, although he did
use them, they were not a major part of his routine. He researched many
ways of healing and recovering from the brutal punishment of pro football.

This book is amazingly honest about his playing days, his fears, setbacks,
triumphs, and philosophy. To look at this man simply as an NFL assassin is
way too narrow a view.

He freely admits that made some serious mistakes and payed a heavy
price for them.

Yet, I found myself amazed at his resourcefulness, incredible work ethic,
and love for the game. He shares his personal life as well, and you see a
man trying hard to balance his football career and his role as devoted
husband and father.

“Romo” was light years ahead of the other players in the league when it
came to healing and recovery methods, and always freely shared what he
discovered with his teammates.

I have been delving into topics like nutrition, exercise, and performance
enhancement for years, but I still learned things from this book that
even I was not aware of.

Once I started I just couldn’t put the book down. If you like football, or even
if you don’t, I still think you will find that “Romo” is a great read. You will
learn about Bill Romanowski the human being as well as one of footballs
most enduring warriors.

Do yourself a favor and read “Romo.” you will be glad you did!

http://www.age-better.info/Romo

Prevent Holiday Weight Gain and Still Enjoy Yourself…

Hello,

Here is my promised issue about avoiding the weight gaining
(although tasty) traps of holiday eating.

First though I’d like to reflect on something that happened to me during
my day and caused me to stop and reflect on something of importance.

I was very busy working on the PC, and one of my two beloved cats
“Tosca” a small brown tabby tried to jump on my lap. I quickly shooed her
away, and she just sat on the floor dejectedly looking at me with those big
sad eyes.

I looked at her and thought to myself” what am I doing that is so important
that I reject the love this little animal is trying to give me?” She is SO worth
my time and attention and so I put aside what I was doing to devote some
time to her.

As I beckoned to her, she was hesitant, but then she proceeded to jump
onto my lap. This was followed by much purring and adoration from her
little eyes, and I spent the next 15 minutes or so giving her the attention
she craved.

She was a shelter cat, and I drove 8 hours each way to rescue her from
being “put down” as they call it. She shows her gratitude every day and I
am thankful to have her and my other cat “Tyler” (also a shelter cat) in my
life. They give so much, and ask so little in return.

My point is that life is both fragile and fleeting. We see it in the disasters
like Hurricane Sandy that claim so many lives, and hear about the
tragedies that seem to dominate the news these days.  Heading into the
holiday season we should remember this and be thankful for the people
(and pets) in our lives.

Take every opportunity to spend that quality time with those you love, be
they human or animal. Life is way too short to miss out on that time spent
with those we care about.

#~#~#

Ok, now about that holiday eating, there are a few rules that will help you
IF you follow them.

Here they are:

Avoid eating sugary deserts after fatty meals. This drives your insulin
levels through the roof and  will cause you to store calories in the form of
fat. It also contributes to heart disease by driving up inflammation.

Drink plenty of water before your meals, and you will find that it takes less
food to satisfy you.

Eat plenty of protein with your meals. Your digestive system has to work
harder to break down protein, so you will burn up to 30% of the calories in
that food just digesting it.

Protein also reduces the glycemic index (the rate at which sugar enters
your blood stream), thus preventing the rapid rise in insulin which causes
you to store fat.

There ARE a couple of supplements that you CAN use to avoid gaining
fat from the sugar in your meals, however please understand that these
are NOT a substitute for proper eating. They will help, but not if you go
overboard with sugary foods and don’t exercise.

One is called “hydroxycitric acid” and it is taken about 20 minutes prior to
a meal that has lots of simple carbs (sugar).  You can find out more about
it on my website at this link:

http://www.longevity-and-antiaging-secrets.com/hydroxycitric-acid.html

The other is called green coffee extract, and you can read about it at the
link below:

http://www.longevity-and-antiaging-secrets.com/green-coffee-bean-extract.html

Green coffee extract can be used on a regular basis. It is entirely natural
and quite safe!

If you have questions about these, just shoot me an email and I will
answer your questions as best I can. I generally do not gain any weight
during the holidays, and I would have to say it’s due to combining foods
properly, and avoiding problem combinations like fat with sugar.

#~#~#

Well that’s about it for this issue. The next one will go out the day after
Thanksgiving and will have a new product recommendation for you,

Here’s wishing you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy yourself,
stay safe and well.

Hello,

It’s Friday, and we all made it through another week after Hurricane Sandy
and the minor Nor’easter we had in New England, it’s nice to have some
sunshine and warmer temperatures, even if it’s only temporary.

I’m looking forward to the holidays, spending time with my family and
friends, good food, and good times.

As we approach the holidays beginning with Thanksgiving, I will share some
simple tips to help manage
your diet and minimize packing on those pounds that
usually come with
holiday eating.

I wanted to mention the election and relate it to our “personal healthcare.”
The re-election of Barack Obama, likely means that the “Affordable Health
Care Act” is here to stay.

My personal feeling is that this won’t necessarily be a good thing for our
health because it props up a system focused on using dangerous toxic
drugs to attain health.  This is going in the wrong direction.

Drugs can be helpful in certain special cases, illnesses, and emergencies,
but they can’t promote real health. Only nutritious food, proper exercise,
and stress management can!

Ultimately it’s up to us as individuals to promote our own health. The
“system” can’t do it for us. We spend 50% more on healthcare than any
other country, yet we are something like 30th in longevity!

This suggests our healthcare system isn’t working, if the goal is real
“health” and not just treating symptoms of illness with drugs. So what can
we do to take control of our own health and improve it?

What if I told you that one of the most effective ways you can start
becoming healthier did not require a special diet or exercise routine, but
instead was as simple as putting your bare feet on the ground?

 Sound good?

Well, let me introduce you to “grounding!”

First understand that all of our body functions are powered by something
called ATP, which is the primary energy source not only for humans but all
life on Earth! When our ATP levels are down, we suffer not only from low
energy levels but also chronic disease.

Health problems like congestive heart failure, immune dysfunction,
dementia, etc. are all related to the failure of our cells to produce enough
ATP.

Oxidative stress from “free radicals” also undermines ATP
production and helps bring on diseases like cancer, heart disease,
diabetes, and Alzheimer’s.

What can we do? The first thing I recommend is simple, inexpensive, and
100% safe! It’s called grounding, and it can help boost your energy, lower
your stress levels, and improve your quality of life.

It consists of establishing an electrical ground with the Earth. Yes that’s
right! Just grounding yourself with the Earth will de-stress and energize
you. You simply allow your bare feet to be in contact with the ground,
which can be grass, sand, or even unpainted cement.

What happens is that you absorb what are called “negative ions”
(electrons) into your body from the Earth. These free electrons
(millions of them) act just like an anti-oxidant in your body, to neutralize
free radicals and boost your energy levels.

When indoors you can use what is called a “grounding pad” or “grounding
mat” which connects to the round port on your wall socket to establish the
electrical ground.

Shoes and other aspects of modern life have insulted us from the energy
of the Earth. By reconnecting with that energy we can start taking back
control over our health in a perfectly natural and effective way.  Check out
my web page on grounding here:

http://www.longevity-and-antiaging-secrets.com/body-grounding.html

and by all means email me with your questions if you have them.

I do not have an affiliate relationship with the company that makes these
pads, so I do not make money promoting it. It’s just that I find it so
effective, I wanted to share it with you!

Here is a link to the specific pad I bought.

http://www.grounded.com/earthing-mat/earthing-universal-mat-and-cover

I am very happy with it and use it while sleeping, working at my desk and
even driving. I don’t feel the need to use any of the more expensive
products they offer. The one at the above link works just fine for me.

This might well make a great Christmas gift for someone you love!

What do I feel when I use it? Just more calm, relaxed, and comfortable
with no tension or stress. It seems to help with being “regular” which
because of the relaxation effect. I notice more energy and less joint pain.

I am really impressed that something so simple can be that effective.
When I first hear Dr. Stephen Sinatra speak about it, I thought…”this
sounds too good to be true,” but it worked as well as he claimed.

In future newsletters I will share more information with you on how you can
improve the quality of your life with something called “metabolic
cardiology.”

#~#~#

That’s about it for this issue, but stay with me because I have lots more
amazing stuff to share with you in upcoming issues of this newsletter.

Stay well and be safe!

George

Hello!

For all of you on the East coast that were in the path of Hurricane
Sandy, I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.

Being located in the Boston area, we did not see the kind of devastation
experiences in other areas like New York and New jersey.

My city did declare a state of emergency, but all we experienced was high
winds, a few downed trees, and some heavy rain.

By nightfall all was calm again, and the cleanup began.  Prayers go out to
the many who were seriously impacted by the storm, and hope that life
gets back to normal as quickly as possible for them.

I have a product recommendation for you. For those of you that live in
areas where you have a cold winter, with dry air you may want to check
out this product. It’s made by Twinlab and called “NaPCA”

Here is a link about it:

http://www.twinlab.com/product/na-pca-non-oily-0

I have been using this stuff for many years and think it’s one of the best
products out there for the money. NaPCA is a natural moisturizing factor
in human skin, and when you use it, it actually attracts water to your skin
keeping it moist and hydrated.

This is especially important during the winter months when not only cold
but dryness is a problem. I especially like the version with Aloe Vera as it
seems to be even more beneficial to the skin.

I find that shaving is a lot more comfortable and I don’t get cut when I use
this product. Women will like it because it is pleasant smelling and not at
all greasy.

This link will tell you where you can buy it:

http://www.twinlab.com/twinlab-store-locator

Let me know how you like it!

#—–#—–#

I can’t believe that the election is just days away. Finally an end to
campaign season! I have made a vow not to discuss political issues in
this newsletter and will stick to that. All I want to say is whatever your
feelings about the candidates, take the time and opportunity to vote.

Many have sacrificed everything for our freedom to cast a ballot. Our men
and women in uniform are putting their lives on the line even as I type this
, so I don’t think it is asking too much of us to make the effort to vote. So
please let YOUR vote be counted!

#—–#—–#

Another issue to keep in mind is that with winter we get less sunlight and
run the risk of vitamin-d deficiency.  I’m not sure why vitamin-d is called a
“vitamin” because it’s actually a hormone called collectable (vitamin D3)
or ergocalciferol (vitamin D2).

Those of you with dark skin are especially susceptible to vitamin-d
deficiency in winter. Vitamin-d deficiency can even cause your cholesterol
levels to rise, because your body uses cholesterol to synthesize vitamin-d
when you don’t get enough from sunlight.

Lack of vitamin-d is related to many chronic diseases like heart disease,
and cancer. It’s also a factor in depression. There’s probably no one thing
you can do that will have as much benefit to your health as getting
adequate vitamin-d.

Have your doctor test your levels so that you know how much to
supplement. There are many good formulas on the market. For my
money, I like companies like Life Extension, Jarrow Formulas, Thorne, and
Pure Encapsulations.

Dosages will be anywhere from 5,000 to 10,000 units per day. I will in the
near future have some more specific recommendations for vitamin-d
testing and supplements.

Well, that’s about it for this week.  Thanks for reading, and please don’t
hesitate to give me feedback on these newsletters. I want what I write to
reflect your needs and interests so email away!

Until next time…stay healthy.

George

Hi, my name is George Parigian Jr. and this is my very first issue of the
Age Better Newsletter.

What’s “Age Better?” This is my online journal in which I will share my
adventures, opinions, and discoveries!

I am a 57 year old personal trainer and former national champion in
Powerlifting. Like you, I’m searching for ways to live longer, healthier,
and happier and as I find them, I will pass them along to you.

I’d like to invite you, through the pages of this newsletter, to share with me
the adventure which is life. I have lots to show you! I will delve into some
pretty exotic subjects, but always with the intention of providing information
which will be of value to you.

Hey…I don’t claim to be a genius or some kind of guru. I am only human
(much as I hate to admit it) like everyone else, and have many of the same
problems that you do. However I really believe there are fixes out there
for some of the things that many people think can’t be fixed, and I love
researching and finding solutions to these problems.

My ultimate goal is to understand why we age and actually be able to stop
or reverse this process. Is this a delusion or fantasy on my part? No….we
are learning more every day, and so much of what used to be a mystery is
now becoming clearer. I will have some interesting information for you
going forward that will very likely surprise you.

Over the years I’ve learned that it’s important to listen not just talk,
because you never know when someone may give you an insight into
something important that you hadn’t thought of yourself. It’s happened to
me many times! I will be honest with you at all times.

When I know something for a fact, I will say so. When I am not sure, I will
admit that too. The beginning of knowledge is admitting that you don’t
know something, and understanding that you should never be
embarrassed to ask questions. It’s through asking questions that we learn.

I will be sharing with you the results of over 25 years of searching for
ways to promote better health and longevity. I will also delve into the
subjects of personal development and Internet marketing as well. In the
new millennium we will all have to adjust our thinking and efforts to find
new ways to prosper.

The Internet provides many new and expanding opportunities to make
money and live life on our own terms. As I learn and master new skills and
acquire new knowledge, I will share it with you through the pages of this
newsletter.

I hope to pass on as much value as I possibly can.

I will be mentioning various products and services to you over time. Some
of these products will be ones that I have an affiliate relationship with
(meaning that I earn a commission when someone buys them), and some
will not.

Any product I recommend will be something I have purchased and tried
myself so that I can make a fair and accurate review of it’s good points
and bad points.

I promise that I will never promote ANYTHING unless I feel that it is a
good value for the money. My credibility (and your trust) is important to
me and I will never compromise that. I will NOT barrage you with a
constant stream of product offers and promotions.

I will only present things that will help you solve problems and live better.
Also please note that your email information will NEVER be shared with a
third party. I value your trust and will ensure your privacy!

Lastly, I need your help! Yes….your feedback, criticism (please make it
constructive), and questions are all welcome. Please remember that I am
but one man, and have only so much time, but I WILL try very hard to
respond within a reasonable period of time, to your questions when you
ask them.

My goal is to make this newsletter more interesting and relevant to all of
you, and your input will help me to do that. Thank you for reading my
newsletter. Another one will be coming to your in box next week so please
watch for it.

That’s it for now.

Yours in health,

George Parigian Jr. – Age Better Newsletter
